This is a lovely little gift and a must for any Bride.
I started making these special boxes when a lady explained the tradition and had said her Mother had given a sixpence to her when she got married and passed it to her Daughter and had just passed it to her Granddaughter, I thought that this was so special.
So a lovely gift for any bride to start there own family tradition.
The Box is handmade and comes complete with a polished Sixpence and a inner sheet which says
Something old,
Something new,
Something borrowed,
Something blue
A Lucky Sixpence for your shoe.
and then the tradition of the brides Father placing it in the bridges left shoe.
The box comes in a cellophane packet along with a chocolate to complete your gift.
Colours vary but all are very pretty but if you would like a special colour then feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help.
